I’m Tracy N’Jie, a Buckinghamshire-based yoga teacher bringing vinyasa style yoga to Beaconsfield, Chalfont St Giles and the surrounding area.  I aim to share my passion for yoga with students as I strongly believe we all deserve time to focus on ourselves, nurture our well-being, and do something we enjoy. I hope I can help you on your yoga journey.

 

I teach vinyasa yoga, which means we flow from one pose into the next, moving with the breath. Practising in this way builds strength and flexibility and using breathing techniques encourages mindfulness and relaxation. The aim of yoga is to achieve a state of balance between the mind, body and spirit to promote an overall sense of well-being.

  

Yoga is noncompetitive and is about working to your own capacity, so my general level classes are suitable for any age or fitness. I encourage everyone to work to their own level by offering alternatives and modifications to postures in a light-hearted and relaxed atmosphere where we can all enjoy yoga together. .
